Q:When will I receive my order?

<p>We aim to dispatch within 1-2 business days once you place your order. Delivery can take up to 2-5 business days via Australia Post Standard Service. Express Post deliveries can take 1-3 business days. If you have requested delivery to a regional area within Australia, please allow 5-8 business days for standard delivery, and up to 3 business days for express post. We cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates during peak periods, for example, end of year sale and Christmas.</p>

Q:Can I request delivery to a different address?

Yes you can just by being a registered customer! When you log into your account simply fill in the 'Delivery Address' fields in Your Address Book and your order will be promptly dispatched to your nominated address.

Q:Do I have to be home to receive my order?

No you don’t, our courier partners will leave a card explaining how you are able to pick up your order or to arrange redelivery. Use the details on the card to arrange redelivery if required, in most cases your order will be taken to the nearest post office.

Q:When will I receive my 'Pre-Order' item?

Pre-order timelines can vary however, a date will always be specified on the product page prior to placing an order. This will advise what date your order will leave our warehouse for delivery. Special event items are most commonly place on pre-order.

Q:Can I cancel an order?

No cancellation fees apply. Once an order has been dispatched unfortunately it cannot be cancelled and the item must instead be returned to ISC, in accordance with the Company’s Terms and Conditions.

Q:Can I return or exchange my online purchase at the store?

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store and for safety reasons, we cannot allow customers in the warehouse. If you have any product enquiries, please contact us via customerservice@iscsport.com

Q:My garment does not fit, can I exchange it?

We accept the exchange of garments for different sizes within 30 days of receipt by you, as long as the product is returned to us in its original condition, unworn with the tag still attached.

 

Please note that in this case postage and handling costs on returns are not our responsibility. We strongly recommend that you obtain postal insurance via a parcel tracking provider, before returning any items. We take no responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit and don't reach us.

Simply go to the Returns Policy page and ensure your return or exchange items comply with our terms and conditions.

Download and complete the Returns Form. Follow the delivery instructions noted at the bottom of the page and post your return item(s) back to our listing returns address.

Q:When will I receive my refund?

Returns depend on the shipping provider you select. We recommend that you send your returns via shipping provider that offers online tracking, as we do not take responsibility for returns that are lost in transit before reaching us. 

Refund requests will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy. This quality check can take up to 2-3 business days.

Once the return has been approved, please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending upon the credit card supplier. Refunds are processed to your original payment account used. 

Q:How does Afterpay work?

Afterpay offers simple installment plans for online shoppers, allowing a purchase to be paid for in four equal installments, due every fortnight.

Simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout.

First-time customers provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy! 

After you check out, the goods will be shipped to you by ISC and you pay later. At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Q:If the auction winner doesn't pay, can I claim purchase the item?

In the event a winner fails to pay within 72 hours, once the auction has closed, the second place bidder will be contacted (via email & phone) for their chance to claim and purchase the auction item.

If the second place bidder doesn't want to claim the auction item, preference will then be shown to the next placed bidder.

The auction item can only be purchased by paying the winning bid dollar amount.

As per the NSW Fair Trading Act 1987, e-gift cards that are purchased online are valid for three (3) years from the purchase date. 

This excludes e-gift cards that are:

  • exchanged for goods returned 
  • supplied as part of a customer loyalty rewards program
  • supplied as part of a temporary marketing promotion as a bonus to an online purchase
